Heidi and Brian tied the knot at gorgeous Park Winters. Their celebration was as much about their love for each other as it was the appreciation of culture and tradition. The ritual of the kalleh ghand, or blessing of the sugar loaves, was performed by friends as well-wishes of a life filled with sweetness for the couple. The couple sat in front of a gorgeous sofreh, filled with lovely florals and important decor, including honey that the couple fed to each other at the end of the ceremony before the kiss! And the poem that they chose for their reading was perfect: When the one whose hand you're holding Is the one who holds your heart When the one whose eyes you gaze into Gives your hopes and dreams their start, When the one you think of first and last Is the one who holds you tight, And the things you plan together Make the whole world seem just right, When the one whom you believe in Puts their faith and trust in you, You've found the one and only love You'll share your whole life through. Congratulations, Heidi and Brian! Thank you for letting me be a part of your day, Reverend Jennifer Tan VENUE | Park Winters | Winters
