 Jen & Ian flew all of the way from Canada, along with their close friends and family, to experience a wine country California wedding. We enjoyed working with this couple on creating their dream wedding day from afar, and we felt like we already knew each other well by the time we finally met in person at the rehearsal. A ceremony that included witness-signing (very Canadian!) and harp, followed by a "sabering" of sparkling wine, performed by the Fairmont staff, the guests were treated to sunshine, laughter and music. Jen requested local, seasonal florals in fall colors, and Full Belly Floral from the Capay Valley created exquisite, organic arrangements to match. Wanting some quiet time and photos in a vineyard, the couple and photographer Michelle took off for a little trip to Valley of the Moon in Glen Ellen. Finding vibrant maple leaves falling to the ground, the couple excitedly requested photos with the trees that represent their home country! Cocktails with guitar, followed by a delectable dinner, scrumptious cake, sweet toasts and dancing, followed. The guests took advantage of their time in California to explore Napa and Sonoma Valleys, while the couple took off for their Hawaiian honeymoon! PHOTOGRAPHY | Valley Images Photography
