 What do you get when you combine Canadian culinary royalty with Texan business baron? The sweetest couple, and most exquisite Sonoma destination wedding day! Thea and Colin envisioned a weekend for their traveling guests where they could relax in the California wine country, while enjoying wine tasting and amazing food. Thea's favorite dishes are everything pasta, so the Fairmont Sonoma team had fun creating a customized menu for their wedding celebration. Pale blush kissed neutral tones for florals, and an elegant swath of pale blue adorned the table linens. In lieu of table numbers, the couple created table names to reflect parts of their world where they had previously traveled. Live jazz music for cocktail hour and dinner added to the dreaminess of the evening, as the couple and their guests dined al fresco beneath the stately oak tree in the garden at Sonoma Golf.
